Learning Outsource Group and BEI Pros form strategic alliance to accelerate successful implementation of dealer Managed Print Services sales strategy and service and operational excellence.

ORMOND BEACH, FLORIDA – March 23, 2009 – Learning Outsource Group and BEI Pros has announced the formation of a strategic alliance to assist OEMs, Dealers, and Resellers with their development and implementation of a profitable and sustainable managed print services offering. This program has been in development for the past 12 months and this unique alliance provides a seamless solution to improve sales and sales management effectiveness, service productivity and profitability, and operational effectiveness to the document imaging dealer market. The front and back end training and consulting resources offered under this new alliance will be marketed under the name Print Management Solutions Group.

The objective of this alliance is unique as it contains a total MPS solutions package offered by proven industry veterans and does not focus on “why” a dealership should offer managed print services, but rather a complete “how to” value proposition from onsite consulting, professional sales development, service and operational benchmarking and training, and ongoing coaching and support to insure dealer success and maximize ROI on their MPS business model. In addition, we will introduce the industry’s first operational and financial MPS model for service.

As another industry first, beginning in May, the sales education and service and operations excellence training workshops will be facilitated simultaneously at the same location, thus allowing dealer personnel involved in all aspects of their MPS offering to walk away in “lockstep and ready to execute on their strategy.” For every person attending the sales education component, an additional attendee can participate in the service and operations workshop at no additional charge.
